A Senior Business Developer is sought by OCA GLOBAL for its Building & Infrastructure division.

Responsibilities

• Participate in early conversations with developers and consultants
• Own the cycle from first meeting to signed contract
• Make bid/no-bid calls
• Build proposals with technical team
• Hand over projects to operations
• Grow repeat business

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience
• 3+ years in business development or technical sales in KSA
• Degree in Civil, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• Experience in winning contracts in building and infrastructure
• Preferably experience in TIC, consultancy or technical assurance
