Yamas Al-Arabia Construction & Contracting seeks a Senior Architectural Technical Engineer for a project team in Al Khobar.

Responsibilities

• Prepare architectural shop drawings
• Review material submittals and RFIs
• Coordinate with structural, MEP and site teams
• Collaborate with consultants
• Ensure compliance with construction details
• Manage architectural technical aspects

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering
• Minimum 8 years of technical office experience on construction projects
• Strong experience with architectural shop drawings and material submittals
• Solid knowledge of finishing works and construction details
• Proficiency in AutoCAD
• Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) membership
