- Review and approve architectural shop drawings
- Review material submittals and technical data sheets
- Coordinate architectural works with other disciplines
- Review and respond to Requests for Information
- Conduct site inspections and provide technical guidance
- Review technical documentation and ensure compliance
Requirements
- Minimum 20 years of professional experience
- Minimum 10 years of experience in the GCC
- Experience working with consulting firms
- Expertise in architectural technical office and construction supervision
- Knowledge of architectural specifications and Saudi Building Code
- Ability to manage technical coordination
