A Training Project Manager is needed for a prestigious project in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role involves managing training operations for a company, Ment Tech.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end training operations, schedules, and logistics
• Support technical setups, including virtual machines and labs
• Troubleshoot training-related technical issues and monitor quality
• Conduct and coordinate Train-the-Trainer activities
• Manage assessments, exams, certifications, and participant progress
• Act as primary point of contact between trainers, trainees, and stakeholders

Requirements

• Experience managing large-scale training programs
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Hands-on experience with virtual labs, VMs, and online learning platforms
• Basic understanding of cybersecurity and IT training environments
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
