Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Employee Central implementations
- Configure Employee Central Payroll
- Run workshops with client HR and Payroll teams
- Build and execute test scripts
- Configure and troubleshoot integrations
- Support post go-live hypercare
Requirements
- 5+ years SAP SuccessFactors experience
- Employee Central core skill
- Practical experience with Employee Central Payroll
- Strong knowledge of Time Off / Time Sheet
- Excellent communication in English
- SAP SuccessFactors certification (EC / ECP) is an advantage
