A Head of Sales is sought by Leader Investment Group in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will lead the sales organization, drive revenue growth, and define sales strategy.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute overall sales strategy
• Build and lead high-performing sales organization
• Design and optimize sales processes
• Own full sales P&L responsibility
• Drive new business development
• Partner with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success

Requirements

• 15-20 years of progressive sales leadership experience
• Experience in the technology industry preferred
• Proven record in senior/executive sales roles
• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field required
• MBA a plus
• Strong leadership, communication, and executive presence
