Responsibilities

• Call purchase and procurement desks at food importers
• Navigate switchboards to reach category buyers
• Qualify lead requirements and payment terms
• Secure agreement to receive spec sheets
• Log every call outcome in tracker
• Record call outcomes with interest level

Requirements

• 1–3 years of inside sales or outbound experience
• Comfortable with trade vocabulary
• Excellent spoken English
• Conversational Arabic, Hindi, or Urdu is a strong advantage
• Organised with accurate daily logging
