Responsibilities

• Identify potential clients for manpower supply and HR services
• Develop new business opportunities through various channels
• Arrange client meetings and present company solutions
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Understand client staffing requirements and coordinate with recruitment team
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial offers

Requirements

• Previous sales or business development experience preferred
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Valid and transferable Iqama required
• Kerala, India nationality
• Ability to identify new clients and generate business independently
• Willingness to travel for client meetings
