Responsibilities

• Develop sales and marketing strategies
• Expand customer networks and distribution channels
• Build relationships with pharmacies and distributors
• Lead marketing campaigns and brand development
• Manage sales targets and team performance

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, FMCG, Pharmacy, or related field
• Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in cosmetics, pharma, or FMCG
• Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills
• Saudi/GCC market experience is an advantage
