A Safety Training Officer is needed for a project in Riyadh.

Responsibilities

• Establish and implement project safety training systems
• Organize and conduct induction and specialized safety training
• Prepare training plans and develop materials
• Maintain complete training records
• Deliver targeted retraining programs
• Enhance employees' safety awareness and ensure compliance

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Safety Engineering or related field
• 5+ years experience in construction project safety management or training
• Familiar with construction site safety regulations and HSE systems
• Strong training delivery, presentation, and communication skills
• NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent certifications preferred
• Good command of English
