ULA BINAA CONTRACTING COMPANY seeks a Safety Officer for a construction project in Riyadh.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily site safety inspections and safety walks
• Enforce HSE policies and procedures on construction sites
• Identify hazards and ensure corrective actions
• Deliver toolbox talks, inductions and safety briefings
• Monitor high-risk activities
• Assist in incident and near-miss reporting and investigations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety or related field
• 3-5 years of experience as a Safety Officer on construction projects
• NEBOSH, IOSH or equivalent certification (preferred)
• Good knowledge of Saudi OHS regulations
• Currently residing in Riyadh
• Strong communication and site leadership skills
