A Safety Manager is sought by Ula Binaa Contracting Company for construction projects in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities

• Lead project HSE management plans and daily site oversight
• Conduct site inspections, safety audits and risk assessments
• Oversee high-risk work activities
• Investigate incidents and near-misses
• Provide inductions, toolbox talks and emergency drills
• Prepare HSE reports and ensure compliance with regulations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental or Civil Engineering
• 5-10 years of experience as a Safety Manager in construction projects
• NEBOSH, IOSH or CSP certification (preferred)
• Strong knowledge of Saudi OHS regulations
• Strong leadership and communication skills
