A Safety Manager is sought by a construction company in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, to oversee Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) activities across its projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HSE policies and procedures
• Ensure compliance with Saudi safety regulations and project requirements
• Conduct regular site inspections and safety audits
• Lead incident and near-miss investigations
• Supervise HSE officers and safety supervisors
• Promote a strong safety culture

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HSE, Engineering, or related discipline
• 10+ years of experience in construction HSE
• NEBOSH and/or IOSH certifications preferred
• Strong knowledge of construction safety practices
• Experience in conducting safety audits and inspections
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
