Maramer Contracting Company seeks a Safety Manager for high-rise building construction projects in Riyadh, focusing on Health, Safety & Environment (HSE). The role requires extensive HSE experience and strong leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HSE plans, policies, and procedures
• Ensure compliance with Saudi regulations and company HSE standards
• Lead site safety teams and promote a strong safety culture
• Conduct risk assessments, site inspections, and audits
• Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions
• Monitor subcontractors' HSE performance and compliance

Requirements

• 10-15 years of HSE experience in construction
• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Health, Engineering, or related field
• Strong understanding of Saudi labour law and HSE regulations
• Proven experience in large-scale high-rise projects
• Strong leadership, reporting, and coordination skills
