A leading fashion retail company in Saudi Arabia is hiring for Retail Planning roles.

Responsibilities

• Develop sales, margin, inventory, and Open-to-Buy plans
• Monitor sales performance, gross margin, and stock turnover
• Conduct pre-buy, post-buy, and in-season trading analysis
• Support assortment and range planning
• Manage demand forecasting, inventory optimization, and replenishment
• Analyze weekly trading performance and recommend actions

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Experience in fashion retail planning
• Experience in Retail Planning, Merchandise Planning, Demand Planning, Inventory Planning, or Assortment Planning
• Advanced Excel skills
• Power BI and ERP experience preferred
• Strong analytical, commercial, and communication skills
