A Resubmission Associate is needed for a full-time onsite role in Riyadh.

Responsibilities

• Review rejected and denied claims from insurers and TPAs
• Analyze denial reasons and identify root causes
• Correct claim errors
• Resubmit corrected claims within payer deadlines
• Follow up with insurance companies on pending claims
• Prepare and submit appeals with supporting documentation

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a medical/health-related field
• 2-3 years of experience in Insurance (Claims & Approvals)
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Strong analytical and communication skills
