Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations
• Manage and train FOH & BOH teams
• Monitor guest satisfaction
• Control costs and purchasing
• Implement quality and food safety standards
• Handle VIP guests

Requirements

• + years experience as Restaurant Manager in luxury/International restaurants in KSA
• Experience in managing and developing existing branches
• Excellent English
• Strong leadership and ability to work under pressure
• Currently in Riyadh with transferable Iqama
