A Restaurant Captain is sought for a fine-dining Mediterranean restaurant in Riyadh.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily restaurant service operations
• Lead and coordinate service staff
• Welcome guests and manage seating arrangements
• Demonstrate knowledge of menu and Mediterranean cuisine
• Ensure accurate order taking and delivery
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints

Requirements

• Proven experience as Restaurant Captain or similar
• Strong knowledge of fine-dining service etiquette
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Good knowledge of food and beverage service
• Good command of English and Arabic
• Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management an advantage
