A Resident Engineer is sought by rmc raafat miller consulting to lead a Construction Supervision team on high-end construction projects in Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Construction Supervision team
• Represent the Consultant in dealings with stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with approved designs and regulations
• Monitor construction progress and project schedules
• Review and approve technical submissions
• Oversee contract administration and HSE requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture
• 25+ years of total professional experience
• 10+ years of experience as a Resident Engineer in a consulting firm
• 15+ years of regional experience in Saudi Arabia or the Gulf region
• Experience with engineering consultancy firms
• Strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts and PMP certification or project management proficiency
