A Rescue Specialist is needed for a construction project in Riyadh by China Railway 18th Bureau Group (CR18G).

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement emergency rescue and response procedures.
• Lead rescue operations for high-risk activities.
• Conduct rescue planning, risk assessments, and emergency drills.
• Inspect and maintain rescue equipment.
• Coordinate with HSE and emergency response teams.
• Train workers and rescue teams on emergency response.

Requirements

• Relevant degree/diploma or recognized professional rescue qualification.
• –12+ years of relevant rescue/emergency response experience.
• Strong experience in high-rise construction, work-at-height, and confined-space rescue.
• Valid rescue, rope access, confined-space, or equivalent certifications preferred.
• Saudi/GCC experience preferred.
• Immediate availability is an advantage.
