Responsibilities
- Analyze training needs and identify skill gaps
- Design and manage annual training calendar
- Conduct and coordinate training programs
- Follow up on post-training assignments
- Conduct in-clinic skill enhancement activities
- Track training effectiveness using LMS platforms
Requirements
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Science
- Minimum 5 years of overall sales experience
- 2–3 years of experience as an ASM
- Field sales training experience
- 1–3 years of regional or national-level training experience
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
