The company is expanding its international talent acquisition team. It is seeking Recruitment Leaders to handle specialized overseas mandates across three core verticals: Driver Hiring, Construction & Engineering, and Hospitality & Leisure.
Responsibilities
- Lead vertical-specific sourcing strategies
- Partner with regional clients and employers
- Manage and mentor dedicated recruitment teams
- Ensure compliance with international hiring standards
- Track delivery for high-volume and niche overseas campaigns
- Implement trade testing and assessments
Requirements
- 5–7 years of recruitment experience in a relevant vertical
- Proven track record in the GCC / Middle East market
- Strong domain network and overseas recruitment compliance knowledge
- Proven team leadership skills
- Experience in dedicated exposure to Driver, Construction, or Hospitality vertical
