Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing in-house recruiting programs
• Support management and staff recruiting through sourcing and screening
• Forecast staffing needs associated with strategic plans
• Develop staffing plans for management and operations consultants
• Promote positive community relations and develop contacts
• Manage recruiting budget

Requirements

• 4-6 years of recruitment experience
• 2+ years in a supervisory role
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration
• Knowledge of visa processing and regulations
• Result-driven, problem-solving, and analytical skills
• Customer-focused, communication, and presentation skills
