A dynamic Hiring Coordinator is sought by an advertising agency in Jubail.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment processes
• Conduct initial candidate screenings and assessments
• Maintain accurate recruitment databases
• Facilitate offer processes and negotiations
• Develop targeted recruitment campaigns
• Partner with hiring managers and external agencies

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• 2-4 years of recruitment coordination or HR support experience
• Full professional proficiency in English, Hindi, and Arabic
• Previous experience in advertising or marketing is preferred
• Recruitment marketing and employer branding experience is preferred
• Cross-cultural competence and negotiation skills are preferred
