Responsibilities
- Implement RCM methodology
- Conduct FMEA and FMECA analyses
- Develop maintenance strategies
- Optimize maintenance processes
- Improve asset reliability
- Work with EAM/CMMS platforms
Requirements
- Experience in RCM methodology and implementation
- Hands-on experience in FMEA, FMECA, and equipment criticality analysis
- Expertise in maintenance strategy development and optimization
- Knowledge of preventive, predictive, and condition-based maintenance
- Experience in asset reliability and maintenance excellence programs
- Familiarity with SAP PM, Maximo, or similar EAM/CMMS platforms
