Requirements
- Experience pricing BOQs for healthcare projects in KSA
- Knowledge of Saudi market rates for materials, labour, and subcontractors
- Experience with healthcare MEP and specialist systems
- Knowledge of Saudi Building Code requirements
- Strong English communication skills
- Arabic language skills an advantage
