A Quantity Surveyor is needed for a construction project in Riyadh.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quantity take-offs and cost estimates
• Review drawings and tender documents
• Prepare interim payment applications
• Monitor project costs and variations
• Conduct material quantity calculations
• Coordinate with project managers and consultants

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying
• Relevant experience in construction projects
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Excel
• Quantity surveying software skills
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Good knowledge of BOQ preparation and cost control
