A Quantity Surveyor is needed for a construction and infrastructure project in Riyadh.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and verify Bills of Quantities (BOQs)
• Perform quantity take-offs from engineering drawings
• Monitor project costs and prepare cost reports
• Evaluate subcontractor quotations and payment applications
• Manage variations, claims, and contract documentation
• Prepare interim valuations and final accounts

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying
• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction and infrastructure projects
• Experience in quantity take-offs and BOQ preparation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and AutoCAD
• Strong analytical, communication, and reporting skills
• Experience with government or infrastructure projects is preferred
