Responsibilities

• Prepare BOQs and quantity take-offs
• Conduct measurements and valuations
• Review variations and payment certificates
• Manage cost control and commercial reporting
• Ensure compliance with construction contracts
• Perform pre-contract and post-contract activities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or related field
• 7+ years of relevant experience
• Pre-contract and post-contract experience
• Experience with BOQs and quantity take-offs
• Cost control and commercial reporting experience
• Understanding of construction contracts
