Responsibilities

• Review drawings and specifications
• Prepare quantity take-offs and cost sheets
• Calculate material and labour costs
• Obtain supplier quotations
• Prepare quotations and coordinate with teams
• Track revisions and maintain records

Requirements

• Engineering degree or diploma
• Relevant experience in estimation or quantity surveying
• Experience in signage, fabrication, or interior fit-out preferred
• Proficiency in Excel and AutoCAD
• Strong attention to detail
