A Quantity Surveyor is needed for prestigious hotel and high-rise construction projects in Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quantity take-offs and BOQs from drawings
• Perform cost estimation, budgeting, and cost control
• Evaluate variations, claims, and contractor payments
• Prepare interim valuations and final accounts
• Support tendering and procurement processes
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and site teams

Requirements

• 5-10 years of experience in hotel/high-rise construction
• Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation and cost control
• Proficiency in Excel and QS software
• Experience in multi-disciplinary coordination
• Knowledge of Saudi market and standards is preferred
