Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate quantity take-offs and material quantity calculations
- Prepare and review Bills of Quantities (BOQs) for civil works
- Estimate project costs, including materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractor expenses
- Prepare tender documents, quotations, and cost breakdowns
- Analyze construction drawings, technical specifications, and contract documents
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, procurement, and site teams
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying
- years of experience in civil construction estimation and quantity surveying
- Strong knowledge of civil works
- Experience in BOQ preparation, cost estimation, and tendering
- Ability to read and interpret civil engineering drawings and specifications
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
