The Quality Team Lead oversees daily vehicle inspections at Lucid, ensuring vehicles meet customer acceptance standards and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily vehicle inspections and quality verification activities
• Promote and enforce a safe work environment
• Coordinate team activities and assign priorities
• Ensure accurate documentation of inspection results
• Monitor and escalate quality concerns
• Provide feedback to cross-functional partners

Requirements

• Diploma or Industrial School graduate in a related technical discipline
• years of experience in a high-volume OEM manufacturing environment
• Good verbal, written, and presentation skills
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to work shift patterns
