The Quality Control Head oversees quality control at an aluminum extrusion manufacturing company in Riyadh.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the Quality Control team
• Monitor quality throughout the aluminum extrusion process
• Ensure compliance with dimensional tolerances and customer specifications
• Establish and implement quality control procedures
• Monitor and control extrusion-related defects
• Coordinate with departments to reduce rejection rates

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Materials, or Metallurgical Engineering
• 15+ years of experience in Quality Control or Assurance in aluminum extrusion
• Proven experience managing a QC department in aluminum extrusion
• Strong technical knowledge of aluminum extrusion processes
• Experience with dimensional inspection and mechanical testing
• Good knowledge of ISO 9001 quality management systems
