Responsibilities

• Prepare quantity take-offs
• Develop BOQs
• Estimate costs
• Prepare client invoices
• Review subcontractor payment certificates
• Handle variation orders and final accounts

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying
• Proven QS experience on construction projects
• Strong skills in quantity take-off, BOQ preparation, and cost estimation
• Experience preparing client invoices and reviewing subcontractor payment certificates
• Experience handling variation orders and final accounts
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Excel
