A QHSE Officer is needed in Riyadh to ensure compliance with quality, health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor QHSE policies and procedures
• Conduct workplace inspections and audits
• Prepare and review risk assessments and Job Safety Analyses
• Monitor compliance with regulations and client QHSE requirements
• Support incident investigations and maintain records
• Deliver safety inductions and QHSE awareness sessions

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in HSE, Engineering, or related field
• 3+ years QHSE experience in industrial, manufacturing, or construction
• Recognized HSE certifications (NEBOSH IGC or IOSH Managing Safely) preferred
• Familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 management systems
• Strong communication, reporting, and coordination skills
• Ability to identify concerns and follow through on corrective actions
