A QC Structural Inspector is needed for a project in Saudi Arabia.
Responsibilities
- Inspect structural fabrication of jacket legs, nodes, braces, and components
- Verify fit-up, alignment, beveling, and dimensional tolerances
- Ensure compliance with approved engineering drawings and Welding Procedure Specifications
- Monitor fabrication activities and ensure adherence to project quality standards
- Conduct structural inspections at different stages of jacket fabrication
Requirements
- 9-11 years of experience
- Previous experience in Heavy Industry, Shipyards, or Shipbuilding
- Previous experience in Saudi Aramco Jacket Projects
- Knowledge of structural fabrication inspection and offshore structural components
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and welding requirements
- Practical experience in structural fit-up, alignment, and dimensional inspection
