Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the QA/QC Department
• Establish and implement quality management systems
• Ensure project deliverables comply with contractual requirements
• Oversee quality audits and inspections
• Coordinate quality activities across multiple departments
• Monitor quality KPIs and develop improvement initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a relevant technical discipline
• 17+ years of relevant experience, with 10+ years in leadership roles
• Strong background in QA/QC and architectural engineering
• Knowledge of quality management systems and international standards
• Membership in professional engineering bodies is preferred
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
