A Purchasing Officer is needed for a company based in Dammam.

Responsibilities

• Source suppliers
• Negotiate contracts
• Manage purchase orders
• Understand technical specifications of raw materials
• Handle import procedures
• Manage customs clearance

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
• years of experience in purchasing or procurement
• Experience in pipe manufacturing, oil & gas, or heavy industry is preferred
• Strong knowledge of supplier sourcing, negotiation, and purchase order management
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 / API Q1 purchasing requirements is preferred
