IGEC Arabia seeks a Projects & Operations Manager for Testing & Commissioning projects in Saudi Arabia.
Responsibilities
- Manage multiple Testing & Commissioning projects
- Lead project engineers, technicians, and site teams
- Manage daily operations and manpower allocation
- Monitor project schedules, costs, and budgets
- Coordinate with clients and subcontractors
- Ensure compliance with project specifications and HSE requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
- 10+ years of experience in electrical power projects and operations management
- Experience in HV substations, preferably 132 kV and above
- SEC and/or National Grid SA project experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of protection relays and substation testing
- Proven leadership, planning, and communication skills
