A senior-level Civil Project Manager is sought by a company in Riyadh for its Execution Department.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and monitor project execution plans
• Lead project teams and assign tasks
• Monitor subcontractors and productivity
• Follow up on approvals and handovers
• Manage variation orders and claims
• Lead meetings and communicate with clients

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
• 10-15 years of experience
• 5+ years of experience in Saudi Arabia
• Saudi or Levantine nationality preferred
• Hands-on project execution experience
• Strong leadership and communication skills
