• Lead full program and team
• Conduct municipal field inspections
• Review and validate technical reports
• Manage violations and NCRs
• Coordinate inspections and verify prerequisites
• Track KPIs and prepare reports

Requirements

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering or related field
• 15+ years of experience, including KSA experience
• CMQ/OE certified or ISO 9001 Lead Auditor preferred
• Fluent English (verbal and written)
• Leadership and team management skills
• Universal engineering background
