MEP Project Manager for a high-rise luxury hotel development in Medina.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall MEP project execution
• Manage mechanical, electrical, plumbing systems
• Coordinate MEP works with other teams
• Review drawings and technical submittals
• Monitor project schedules and budgets
• Coordinate with clients and subcontractors

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in GCC countries
• Experience in 5-star hotel projects
• High-rise tower construction experience
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• Experience managing large-scale MEP works
• Leadership experience in managing multidisciplinary MEP teams
