Project Manager for MEP works on a high-rise and luxury hospitality development in Riyadh.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate MEP design, technical and construction activities
• Oversee HVAC, electrical, plumbing, firefighting, ELV and BMS systems
• Review technical drawings, shop drawings and specifications
• Coordinate MEP works with other disciplines
• Supervise site execution and technical teams
• Monitor project progress, quality and safety

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• Relevant experience in MEP management, construction and engineering
• Experience in high-rise towers and 5-star hotel projects is preferred
• Knowledge of multidisciplinary MEP systems
• Strong technical, leadership and problem-solving skills
• Experience working with consultants, clients and subcontractors
