Crown Professional seeks a Project Manager to oversee campus expansion and renovation projects in Dammam and Yanbu, Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from planning to handover
• Develop project plans and budgets
• Lead tendering processes and evaluate bids
• Conduct quality inspections and enforce safety standards
• Report project progress to senior stakeholders
• Supervise consultants and contractors

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• PMP certification or equivalent
• years of project management experience in construction
• Experience in tendering and contractor evaluation
• Saudi Council of Engineers membership is an advantage
• Saudi nationality required
