Responsibilities

• Lead interior fit-out projects from initiation to handover
• Manage project planning and budgeting
• Control costs and variations
• Oversee project execution
• Ensure timely project completion
• Manage project teams

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture
• 7-10 years experience in managing fit-out projects
• Strong planning and budgeting skills
• Cost control and variation management skills
• PMP certification preferred
• Arabic language skills an advantage
