A Project Management Director for landscape and infrastructure projects in Riyadh.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering, site, and contractor teams
• Monitor project schedules, costs, and procurement
• Review drawings, BOQs, and contracts
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and government authorities
• Manage variations, claims, and project costs
• Supervise softscape, hardscape, irrigation, and public utility works

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil/Landscape/Agricultural Engineering or related field
• + years of senior-level experience
• PMP preferred
• Saudi or GCC experience preferred
• Male candidates only
• Valid Saudi Iqama
