Project Director for a high-rise tower and 5-star hotel project in Medina, Saudi Arabia, working for China Railway 18th Bureau Group (CR18G).

Responsibilities

• Lead overall project execution
• Manage high-rise tower construction and hotel development
• Oversee Construction, Technical, MEP, QA/QC, Planning, Procurement, and Commercial teams
• Control project schedules, budgets, and quality
• Coordinate with Client, Consultant, subcontractors, and stakeholders
• Monitor project progress and implement corrective plans

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• + years of construction experience
• Experience as Project Director on high-rise towers and 5-star hotel projects
• Strong leadership and commercial awareness skills
• Experience managing large-scale construction developments
• Saudi/GCC experience preferred
