Procurement Quality Control Supervisor for a Pipeline Construction Project in NEOM, Saudi Arabia, working for Project Pioneers Contracting Company (PPCO).

Responsibilities

• Supervise procurement quality control activities
• Review technical submittals and material documentation
• Coordinate with procurement and QA/QC teams
• Monitor vendor inspections and quality documentation
• Ensure materials comply with approved specifications
• Follow up on material receiving inspections and corrective actions

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Engineering or Quality Management
• Proven experience in procurement quality control
• Strong knowledge of material inspection and QA/QC procedures
• Experience with pipeline project specifications
• Strong coordination and communication skills
• Previous experience on major Saudi projects an advantage
