A Procurement Officer is sought by FSF Infrastructure Private Limited for their Yanbu operations in the Oil & Gas industry.

Responsibilities

• Review procurement documents for quality requirements
• Ensure materials are sourced from approved vendors
• Coordinate vendor inspections and third-party activities
• Verify inspection reports and certificates
• Conduct material receiving inspections
• Maintain procurement QC records

Requirements

• Experience in refinery and petrochemical projects
• Saudi Aramco and/or YASREF project experience preferred
• Knowledge of Saudi Aramco / YASREF material and quality requirements
• Familiarity with ASTM, ASME, API, AWS, ISO standards
• Experience with procurement quality, vendor inspection, documentation control
• Good document control and reporting skills
